As a Result of the incorrect media coverage of Gettysburg Auto Auction this past week, we are releasing the following statement:
"Gettysburg Auto Auction is not in any way aligned or associated with Gettysburg Auto Exchange. Gettysburg Auto Auction is one hundred percent owned by MDMS Inc., a PA Corporation. MDMS Inc. is wholly owned by the LookingBill family of Howard County, MD. The owner of Gettysburg Auto Exchange, who is mentioned in the media, does NOT have any interest in Gettysburg Auto Auction, nor does he own any portion of MDMS Inc.
Gettysburg Auto Auction, MDMS Inc. and the LookingBill family are not presently, and never have been the subject of any criminal investigation.
The owners and employees of Gettysburg Auto Auction take great pride in what we have accomplished in the almost 2 years we have been here. We are even prouder of the outstanding support we have received from the Adams county, Gettysburg, and other PA and MD communities. While most auctions, large and small, are struggling to remain profitable and some to even survive, Gettysburg Auto Auction has steadily grown. And while it is minimal, we remain profitable.
We will hold a huge after Thanksgiving sale on Thursday December 1st, starting at 6:00pm. All are welcome to attend.

About our Auctions
Gettysburg Auto Auction requires no Entry Fee or Bidder Fee
Auctions are held every Thursday evening at 6:00 pm, early
reservations are welcome. We offer over 300 vehicles every
week, including cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles and more! We
are located just off Rt. 15 near the Mason-Dixon Line on Emmitsburg
Road, behind the fire works store. Food service also available on Thursday. In the
interest of everyone's safety, no one under the age of 16 is
permitted on the auction premises. We greatly appreciate your
cooperation in regards to this policy.
